Delicious

I was told I needed to lower my cholesterol so bought a jar as apparently almond butter contains the good cholesterol. I add a spoonful to my yoghurt or porridge in the mornings and absolutely love it. I'm not sure that it can take all the credit but my cholesterol levels are better.

Yummy almond butter, even better in bigger jar

I have a teaspoon of this lovely almond butter with my porridge everyday. It's surprising how fast I get through the small jar. The larger jar is much more convenient.
